We own dust mops to collect large amounts of grime while being as close to the baseboards as possible. We also use different mopping systems to keep your floors cleaner than ever.
Dusting & Vacuuming
Dusting is of utmost importance, and we’re not talking about wipe downs of horizontal surfaces that every other cleaning company does. We high dust to remove the extra debris falling on top of those horizontal surfaces. By doing this, we eliminate the source of the problem, and use a mixture of traditional vacuums & backpack vacuums to hit all areas.
Glass & Window Cleaning
Do you have glass doors to enter & exit your building? If you do, then you already know how dirty those can get due to fingerprints! We offer glass cleaning along with window cleaning. Using powerful window washing equipment, we offer ground floor window cleaning that can reach up to 30 feet high. We’re a one-stop shop for cleaning!
Auto-Scrubbing & More
Blu Commercial Cleaning has an array of certifications that allow us to offer specialty services within our janitorial package. Auto-Scrubbing machines allow us to remove gum, dead insects, and other debris from you floors that mops can’t. Other specialty services include quarterly packages from carpet cleaning to power washing!
Trash Removal
Exchanging large pieces of furniture for your new building? We got you covered. Blu has a specialized unit to take care of Trash Hauls. Our trash hauls also cover for event cleanups at your business from office holiday parties, birthday events, New Year’s Eve celebrations, and even more.
Air Scrubbing
This is the most important function of our Janitorial Services package. This includes: installing new dispensers, exchanging toilet paper & paper towels, and delivery of trash bags & recycling bags. When you have your cleaning inventory in control, you begin to notice the price point differences.
