We’ve worked with Blu Commercial Cleaning for over a year now to help us keep our our art fabrication studio clean on a bi-weekly basis. Since our work can be messy and dusty we know it’s a cleaning challenge but the team does the best they can to keep up with our studio.
They are best at cleaning areas of the studio that are admin heavy with desks and less dust in general. The fabrication side, however, is tougher to keep as clean as we would like. And we know that is mostly due to the nature of our work but we appreciate their efforts.
They have great communication that checks in after every appointment to provide photo updates and ask for feedback – which is greatly appreciated.”

When the cleaning crew arrived, I was blown away by their attention to detail. They cleaned every nook and cranny (took the all of the shelving apart in the cabinets and even the fridge) of my home, leaving it spotless and smelling fresh. It was a thing of beauty to watch them work. I was also impressed by their professionalism – they were polite, courteous, and worked efficiently to get the job done. I did a walk through with them and they noticed that some dust had resettled after mopping and they immediately redid the whole floor. Not everyone knows the correct PSI levels to protect your carpets from carpet cleaning machines. However, at Blu, we are IICRC certified to do just that. We have a range of equipment to enhance the carpet cleaning experience. Not only the machine itself, but tools geared towards stairs and other hard to reach areas.
Protection
Our trained staff ALWAYS wear shoe covers. If your current providers are not wearing this, then they are tracking outside dirt into your carpeted areas. It renders the carpet cleaning to be absolutely meaningless. This is why we always wear shoe covers. We also wear them in blue, our favorite color!
Triangles vs. No Triangles?
Some carpet cleaners leave triangles when they’re done cleaning, however there are some issues with this. After these Triangle marks have dried, the fibers are left in opposite directions. Later on when residents try to vacuum those marks…they stay there & won’t go away! Our team uses carpet brushes after the cleaning to make sure all fibers are in the same direction.
