Specialty Services Supervisor

Position Overview:

The position of Specialty Services Supervisor is a highly trustworthy position responsible for assuring that all projects are performed at the level described in the Scope of Work and the
customer’s expectations.  This position requires a high level of communication skills related to training others, as well as relating positively to employees and clients.  The ideal candidate must be a proven leader,
displays integrity, is dependable, values attention to detail and is safety-oriented.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure the operation is managed in line with company standards, policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site including communicating on a
  regular basis so that team goals and expectations can be achieved.
• Be involved with the completion of recruitment, onboarding, and development. As well as
  the execution of all training needs for the Splash Technicians.
• Participate actively within team meetings in order to develop ideas to enhance the service
  we offer.
• Conduct regular cleaning audits and ensure that any issues highlighted are addressed
  appropriately.
• Ensure that the Splash Technicians have appropriate assistance as required. You may be
  expected undertake any cleaning tasks as required.
• Identify new business opportunities and raise these with the Operations Manager.
• Control and monitor the usage of cleaning materials and supplies to avoid or minimize
  waste and/or misuse.
• Maintain inventories, request supplies and equipment necessary for the day-to-day
  operation.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What you need:

• Must be proactive, someone who takes ownership, is motivated, and a problem solver.
• 5 years of experience with carpet cleaning, power washing, and floor care services.
• Ability and knowledge how to use different types of equipment for these types of services.
• Certified in Mold remediation, Odor remediation and water restoration services is. plus.
• 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
